I can’t say I’m sad about that.

Fox News should move their broadcast offices to either Oklahoma City, or Lincoln Nebraska. Then they could just quit caring what happens in New York City (like most of their viewers)

When it’s finally time they can pay their debts by selling off the contents of their public museums for all I care. No bailouts.

“Escape from New York” was a future historical document.
And if we’re smart, we’ll be waiting around the edges of that doomed city and filtering the good (conservatives) from the vermin (progressives).

I’ve always heard that Oklahoma gets hot HOT hot in the summer, such as 100 degrees days at a time. That would stop me from choosing to move there. If I had to get used to it, I would learn to deal with it.

Cats, dogs and the dead are ready to vote in California.

Chintown has died and so has Little Italy

This is not the New York that once existed. In Little Italy a middle aged men would convert to "private clubs" and the Chinese would pretend not to understand the instructions, and the cops would leave all alone because they had more improtant matters to tend to. I think it started going away when neighbors ratted on neighbors over trivial water usage violations (e.g. watering garden tomatoes with a watering can at 3 AM, so as to not be detected).

“the NYC Police Force, once the best police force in the entire world.”

Um, one word, Serpico!
NYPD has always been corrupt, only the details of their corruption changes.

The thing that made cities work was the concentration of employment opportunities. What killed cities was their tax structure that relied on sucking money from those who provided jobs. Due to advances in technology and the availability of workers in lower taxed venues those jobs have moved, permanently to other places. Nothing will bring back those jobs to cities. Nothing. So, cities in general are in decline. In particular, cities with Democratic majorities can never be rehabilitated because of cronyism and existing liabilities and debt.

As for California, they have actively courted illegals to move there. This means legitimate businesses and sources of income, the rich, are moving out. Reversing this would be somewhere between hard and impossible. So, goodbye New York and California. Of the two, only California will be missed.

“And that hope is that the voters of these two states politically destroy the entire Democrat Party. “

Ha! Quite the opposite, those idiots will flee the sinking ships of NYC and LA only to move somewhere nice, and foul it with their voting habits.

And that hope is that the voters of these two states politically destroy the entire Democrat Party.

That won't happen for a lot of reasons. Even the occasional Giuliani election doesn't translate into a permanent structural change. Historically, the correction had been more practical factions of the Democrat Party taking control.

By March 31, 2021, the Census Bureau will send redistricting counts to the states. This information is used to redraw legislative districts based on population changes. The first election for this to impact will be 2022.

“Cats, dogs and the dead are ready to vote in California.”

And they are prepared to vote as many times as they are needed.

Now, we KNOW it’s going to happe.

Any plans on what to do afterwards?

Hint: Sitting on our Obamaholes will NOT be accepted.

“...And she feels locked in and confined to her home for a reason no one has yet to give her that is Meaningful & True!!!...”

Is she under quarantine? Or in an area that was good but now is not?
