When a friend who loves the show mentioned the dumping of the two hosts and the fact that they wanted to move in a “new direction” - I predicted the new host would be black.
Drew Carey dodged a bullet, taking Bob Barker’s place on The Price Is Right before every host had to be black.
This is too bad. Tom Bergeron was great on that show, not that I watched it very often. But it was really the perfect job for him.
It’s like how America’s Funniest Videos was never as good after Bob Saget stopped hosting.

What I thought was kind of funny was how low level (D-List and below) the “Stars” were.
Bergeron publicly criticized ABC’s decision to have Sean Spicer as a guest contestant so good riddance, even though I don’t watch the show.
