I was pleased when they released the Peanuts movie that they really tried to stay true to the art style and characterizations while updating the CGI for modern tastes.

It was based on the Honeymooners, but if you do a web search for “flintstones sexual references”, you will see some of the stuff the writers sneakily got away with.
