While you are correct, the term ‘reverse racism’ immediately describes who is being discriminated against.
I’m not aware of any other phrase that can do that as succinctly.

The arts run to a large extent on grant money. In a Trump administration those grants will be fewer than in a Biden administration. That might be part of the rationale here. Kick them to the curb when they won’t be able to get back up. Truthfully, they will be even worse off in a Biden administration because if Biden is elected, Nancy Pelosi will once again be talking about a mandate to shift hard Left.
I’m not sure why Hollywood is still a thing, and why movie studios aren’t more distributed in other states. At the very least, that is an industry that is in desperate need of disruption, since hubris has set in to such an extent.
It will be interesting. I’d love to see a bit more geographic diversity as well as more diversity of thought. I’m not going to pretend to miss Shrek 3 Arthur Pendragon type “heroes.” I won’t. But Hollywood has more than had their day. Let them pack up and move to China already, start over. If they are kicking all these guys out, there’s a good knowledge base right there to get things started, with plenty of new blood of course.
From what I’ve seen on TV and the movies and in commercials, you’d think that blacks comprise 30-50% of the population, whereas, the real percentage of the black population is about 12-13%
So, the reverse discrimination had been occurring for at least the last 10 years.
What we’ve had is affirmative action on steroids.
