Then they announced some sort of workshop in which the theme was ‘what you can do with your privilege” that you were highly recommended to attend. Not sure who was highly recommended to attend because every second person there is a POC and blacks are clearly given priority when hired, way above their representative 13%.
Anyway, some time has passed, have not heard or seen anything more about the struggle session...er workshop.
