I remember an old MOD SQUAD show in which they investigate a crime in a Rodeo. I remember the black guy on the show being the rodeo clown.

I believe that many of the Florida “Crackers” i.e. Cowboys that used the crack of a whip as a herding device, were Black. I may be wrong, but it won’t be the first time.
