I would say “Don’t give them ideas” but I know they’ve been entertaining that thought already, for for a far longer time back than anyone who isn’t them would dare to think. It’s not about easing pain and leaving bad memories behind, it’s about imposing “Year Zero” conditions
*************
“Year Zero”

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture repainted, every statue and street building renamed, every date altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has been stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
George Orwell 1984

The Left is a bunch of like children. They keep pushing the limits until they hear the word "no."

You can't blame them. That's just human nature.

Rename:

District of Columbia
Columbia University
Columbus, Ohio
British Columbia
Colombia (the country)

But please, let’s start with Columbia University.

Oh, and Yale, too.

And then blame Trump.

Ooooh! There goes Connecticut! Old man Yale, of snob college fame, not only KEPT slaves; he TRADED in slaves. He was a used slave dealer. This is going to get interesting when some of the snobs and SJ pimps’ oxen start getting gored.

Just get it over with ...

- Re-name the country USSSA (United Soviet Socialist States of America)

- Replace the star field in the flag with a hammer and sickle

- Adopt the 1936 USSR constitution - translate from Russian to English and make sure to emphasize that Article 58 applies only to white people

It’s because they were traitors to the United States.

Just read a few days ago on “Executed Today” that only one man was tried and convicted for treason during the Civil War. A man who took down the U.S. flag from the New Orleans mint. In fact, he’s the last American to be executed for treason. While me may call southern leaders—and even ordinary soldiers—traitors, the fact is they were never tried or convicted of such. Considering the bloodshed of the war you might think the men who fought against the Confederacy would be the first to call for executions, but such was not the case.

It seems the men actually fought were more tolerant of their foes than many today.

York, England was the site of one of the worst-ever massacres of Jews.

And adopt “The Internationale” as the anthem.

Guess we’ll have to erase Egypt from history.

And all Muslim countries where slavery was and in a different form are currently practiced must be renamed.

Thank G_d my ancestor came West and did not end up going East in the 17th century. He would have been castrated by Muslims who took no chance that slaves could reproduce. They did the same to the Slavic people they enslaved after conquering European territory. The young were used as loyal Muslim soldiers, after being raised and trained to serve.

This ludicrous Bullshit will not change until leaders ( politicians) find their cojones and put a halt to it like Mayor Bill Daley did in Chicago during a 60’s Demo Pres. convention. No balls, no discipline, no order.

Did Billy Penn own slaves? I think not. He was a very humble, peace loving man who was early in the attempt to get fair treatment for the local Pennsyltucky tribes. There’s a famous painting depicting one of Penn’s conferences with native tribal leaders near Philly. The tree under which the meeting was held became famous, and is part of the painting I mentioned. I’ll research it.

The Democrat Party, which sponsored, supported, and fought a war to maintain slavery, must be abolished.

Since anything having to do with "slavery" is taboo it appears that we must rename all of the original thirteen colonies as well as any other state that once had slavery within it's borders.

Mistake in first sentence.

Fail!

All things named after Africa will also have to be renamed. Many Africans, even entire communities, enriched themselves by participating in the slave trade.

Confederate soldiers are also U.S. military veterans. U.S. Code Title 38 – Veterans’ Benefits, Part II – General Benefits, Chapter 15 – Pension for Non-Service-Connected Disability or Death or for Service, Subchapter I – General, § 1501. Definitions: (3) The term “Civil War veteran” includes a person who served in the military or naval forces of the Confederate States of America during the Civil War, and the term “active military or naval service” includes active service in those forces.
