Assuming you are not joking:
Tuskegee airmen had nothing to do with the Tuskegee institute syphilis study.
No one in the study was infected with syphilis by the experimenters. They were all previously infected and in the latent, noninfectious, asymptomatic stage.
Before antibiotics, treatment was lengthy, unpleasant, and not very effective. Many people did not complete treatment.
The worst thing about the study was that the experimenters did not offer antibiotics when they were available, which could have prevented progression to tertiary syphilis in some cases. Not all will progress.
This crap happens when rich people are not paying enough taxes. And this is just another demonstration of that principle. The more money a liberal has and the less taxes he pays the nuttier he becomes and as far as the GOP scum of the country club, the less taxes they pay the more feckless duplicitous and rinoish they also become.

The Tuskegee airmen, although educated at Tuskegee University, a historic black college, still had nothing to do with the observational syphilis study run by the university.
The subjects of that study were largely poor and uneducated men from a county with a very high syphilis rate among black men.
Well, if we’re not smart enough to defend ourselves against these population control obsessed, uber privileged types...
