Ditto. My iPhone 11 is bad about that. This is my first non-Droid phone and the autocorrect is a completely different animal. I often have to change the same word several times.
I have a guy on my team whose last name is “Fu”. You can only image the fun that name has had with autocorrects.
Some of these had me in tears.
There was a real estate ad once which was supposed to say, “Big deck in back yard.”
Instead, it came out, “Big dick in back yard.”
To make matters worse, the ad featured a female real estate agent standing in front of the house was a big smile on her face!
Make that, WITH a big smile on her face! (not “was”).
I agree. they seem too too risque. Unless the phone was learning what you previously had typed, no way would it substitute cunnilingus for conference. Give me a break.
lol, that’s hilarious.
Eh, I don;t have too many issues with autocorrect, I tend to read my text as I write it. The only really annoying thing is that my phone ALWAYS changes “we’ll” to “well”, and “well” to “we’ll”. Every time. Those two words always switch from the one I type.
My Amazon Fire tablet frequently changes the word AFTER I have made the correction.
