Actually, they are hungry all the time.
Caution: Do not stand too close to black holes!

Any kind of matter dropped in to a black hole will release energy. This could be a clean energy source if enough Dems made the trip.

We have a WHOLE lot fewer than we did when the Earth was Constantly bombarded by them. But every once in a while, a new snowball gets knocked loose from the Oort cloud and there’s a new comet for a few million years.
