Quite so. But at what dose, in what form, for how long, as part of what therapeutic regimen, and with what cautions? And might some other therapy be better? Those are the.kind of questions that randomized, controlled clinical trials answer. In an emergency though I would encourage clinicians to use their best judgment and require them to report the results.
