“If they would have let that video go just an instant longer you would have seen the prince rupert drop explode too.”
They did show that. What is your point?
“If they would have let that video go just an instant longer you would have seen the prince rupert drop explode too. When that white from the tail reached the head it explodes.”
Posted: In glorious slow motion, you can watch as the bullet crumbles against the wide end of the drop, sending out shock waves that then rattle the rest of the structure and cause the thin end to break, resulting in the entire thing exploding.
For later.

I just watched the part at the top of the page that showed the bullet hitting it an repeated but didn’t show the drop actually exploding. Sorry about that. The YouTube video does show it. Guess I should have scrolled down before I commented. I did better then usual though. Normally I just read the headline and comment. ;<)

Now I can go in a bar and make a bet about which breaks first. Really it does show how resistant this piece of glass can be!
Thanks for the post!
Was that from a Rail Gun trying to escape Earth orbit?
Does one change the barrel after every round fired?
Is there a muzzle brake?

Mitsubishi single slice toaster.
NICE FIND!
I enjoyed the video and liked the toaster too!
We were gifted an expensive Cuisinart($150+) 2-slice that took over 4 minutes!!!
We now have a cheapo that takes 3 minutes.
As a kid, we had an ancient contraption that only toasted one side at a time and was a manual flip using a fork, but very fast!
My dad could read the paper and make toast without looking!
From that you just count the 1/223,000 frames it took to accomplish (something) and you know how long and how fast it is going.
But I suspect that you know that ...
