The thing is, go to any rap concert, and notice the makeup of the crowd, it's mostly white people.

there’s a difference between opposing the GOVERNMENT banning expression (which of course I’m opposed to) and having zero sympathy for someone getting fired and/or beat up because their parents didn’t raise them with enough brains or class (wanting to use a racial epithet and/or being upset because you can’t for fear of repercussions is a perfect example of such).
Government should never be able to regulate speech (with the old common law exceptions of defamation and incitement of course); if for some reason of mental deficiency and/or poor breeding someone feels they need to use the N-word, well, they should not be prevented from doing so, but they shouldn’t bitch if the get fired of they find someone wanting to discuss it in the parking lot or boxing ring.
There’s all kinds of things many of us could say that would result in losing a job and/or some teeth; most of us had parents who raised us well enough that we don’t even want to say such.
The ‘black on black violence’ is not the slightest concern of mine. Of course anyone in a crappy, dysfunctional sub-culture is going to look to anything outside that culture to blame, explain their failures, or try to hustle for more money. Red herring; whatever blacks do to blacks or say about blacks has nothing to do with my life or my opinions about anything being wise or stupid.

Never said anything about the first amendment. Having different firing offenses by race is unequal treatment under the law.
