I do my own as well. I do the front and sides and my wife does the back of the head and neck with Wahl electric clippers. It was a good investment and looks as good as what I would get at Supercuts (and cheaper). I like my wife’s cooking more than most restaurants, and I study and worship at home (although I do miss the services)....It is all working for the good.

So my hair’s cut. She did a reasonable clip, but, I don’t have much to mess up.

Will I let her cut it again?

I know a couple of barbers. They are not working and have not done so since the County and State shut everything down. Zero income for them and no signs of relief in sight. In our county, we have 8 persons hospitalized and have suffered 1 death.

I was due for a haircut a week ago. What ticks me off is that over the years my barber keeps increasing the cost for a cut while I have less hair to cut.....

Here in Phoenix, barbers are regarded as essential. Classified as “hygiene”. I had no problem going to my barber. He needs to stay open as self-employed don’t get unemployment comp and there are still bills to pay (rent).

Cut your own hair! I have been doing that for over a year. Even convinced one of my 12 year olds to let me cut his over the past six months. Now stuck with one holdout—his is long and curly, a bit more difficult to cut.

He's cut my hair throughout the previous 20 flu seasons and I don't see anything different about this flu (except that it appears to be less lethal; and perhaps less contagious.)

I don't fear my barber or this Chinese Flu. Of course I don't want to catch it but if I do, I assume I get over it. But if this flu has caused you to fear your barber, then go full antifa and wear a mask; then afterwards take a hot shower and wash your hair with phisohex or something. Sheesh!
