What are those fools celebrating? When their homegrown terrorists destroyed some ROTC property and put Guardsmen's lives in danger? And said terrorists managed to get themselves shot in the process?

What few remember is that “students” had spent a couple of days trashing downtown businesses before the guard was called out.
