Pre-diabetic is a moving target.
My blood sugar is exactly the same as it was 25 years ago.
It does seem that they keep moving the value where they consider you pre-diabetic. I recently pissed off my 36 year old doctor by bringing in a copy of my blood work from 1993 to show her that nothing had changed. I received one of those “if looks could kill” stares from her.

Yep, doctors here say the handful ( only 16 in Tulsa )
were mostly obese, elderly, stage 4 cancer. No need to test ~ just mark it, if “suspected “ $$$$$$$$$$$
