I understand a Christian author has asserted this, but I’ve never seen any evidence. Do you have links? Does it come down to the author’s assertion only or is there a youtube or other document we could check? I’m hoping we can source assertions or portray them as a specific author’s opinion as much as possible, to keep up out of the theory weeds. I understand it’s not always possible - but this one cries out for sauce.

This is tricky, because the number of new infections each day is still increasing. It's just that the rate of increase as a percentage of the total cases is declining ... and hopefully the number of new cases each day will also start to decline soon, and not just the rate of increase.
I thing the President expects the final number of deaths to be significantly better than the horrible numbers all the experts keep presenting.
I don't have a gang of PhDs working on this; but this does not deter me because I have seen, in the business world, not to mention the global warming hoax, how pathetic these academics are at real-world modeling.
In short: I think the President's gut-level optimism will be proven right.

Small stores are the best. There’s one two miles up my road. I buy a lot of beer, cold cuts and other things there. He knows me well and let’s me park there for the 4th of July fireworks every year (a very coveted spot in town because it’s right across the street from where they’re lit off). He has single rolls of tp and Kleenex. Two per customer and he has never run out. He’s never run out of meat either but I don’t need it as I have a service that stocks my freezer and we’re fully stocked. He’s limited egg purchases to a dozen per customer. It’s nice having the option.

This is what I HATE about working for Walmart. Just left my shift 2 hours ago and was not told a thing about this. One of my associates questioned me about this. Heard it on FB. Told her prolly not true. So many times we find out about things in the press! Not FAIR!!!!

It looks like some organizations are helping with food banks. The place where I volunteer is sheltering their inhouse residents, but not serving meals to the public.
