Here is what I put for my ratios of success:

If the deaths stay below 5 per 1000, we have a winner.

10-19 deaths per 1000, there is probably some benefit.

20+ deaths per thousand - meh

Like the two bogus hacks that sent the Letter to Trump about HCQ, this Dr. in France may also be a quack, but the HCQ studies go back to 2006 for use on SARS and the science appears sound.

If the French Dr. is a Quack and HCQ is snake oil we'll know in about 30 days. Self promoters be self promotin'. Nobody remembers the name of the Motel Col. Saunders sold Chicken out of and We elected Trump for President.

I'm still of the opinion, If I got CCV, I'd take the HCQ.
