It really has been something. I supposed I really should have anticipated people turning on me, Denial, and all. But it really has been predictable. Just like every true epidemic in history. It’s a killer of course but this one’s a real Thoroughbred, a real “Race Horse” among viruses. You really have to respect that.
Well not so much. Assuming they can get 24 hour turn around on testing, they can do much to tamp down the deaths, and as the supply of the hydroxychloroquine is available it should be dispensed to people who have been exposed to a confirmed case when they begin showing symptoms.. and this can now be knocked dead.
The FDA and Public Health heads that are acting just like the CDC at the beginning of this need a butt kicking.
Something occurs to me and I’m embarrassed it didn’t occur sooner (it actually did occur to me immediately but I put it on “the back burner”. We don’t need an experiment. This is the reason we fill out death certificates the way we do (some STILL don’t get it). We have the information at hand to answer the question, “Is Plaquenil 100% (or even “highly”) effective?” If this statement is true there should be absolutely NO representation among the dead of “People taking Plaquenil for Rheumatoid Arthritis before all this started.” In this computer age it should take milliseconds to answer this question.
If this occurs to me, “dumber than a box of rocks”, as some insist surely it has occurred to the “smart people” in DC. If we had a single “journalist” worth his salt we should expect this question to be asked today. In fact they should demand it.
You would think, wouldn’t you. But, you would also think that people would notice that the number of new cases growth has slowed dramatically and the millions of infected people aren’t going to happen in the US.. and yet.. they still are screaming hair on fire!
Hospitals are getting to their max.. in New York and a few other places.. and this is because, CDC style bureaucratic mindset once again is worse than the disease.

The problem with the Death rate is too many specifics are lumped in ways that deny any good analysis. It tells us that the situation is potentially serious. Corona is now taking more lives than all of the various other flu infections on a daily basis. This is what they were attempting to prevent.
There are effective treatments that are best applied early, and yet the bureaucrats are screwing around trying to protect their turf. And, they are killing people now. It is inexcusable.
I dont care about that. Someone posted a site that had the death rate and there was something else on the same site I wanted to see again. I just can’t find that link anymore.
Not my job. But, if you keep looking you will surely find it.
