It’s 69° here right now, with a breeze of 6.8 mph from the east, which means it’s coming right out of Zion Park. I love those canyon breezes!
The laundry is hanging to dry, and at the moment, I’m going to go check and see if anyone has done anything with my sister’s FR following. If not, I guess I’ll try to notify people so they can pray for her.
I just wanted to alert anyone who knows my sister, redhead, that she is currently in the hospital in Minot ND. She’s having heart surgery this morning, and I would like to ask for prayers for her, for her family and most of all for the medical team that will be working on her.
And if you know FReepers she’s acquainted with, if you could let them know, as well. I’m getting my information third-hand, so I can’t answer a lot of detailed questions. Still, please alert any Prayer Warriors you know.

Good morning! Vlad is using his height (doesn’t get capitalized like Tom’s Height, yet) to rehang my license plate collection in the laundry room.

She’s in Minot because her youngest son is in ND and Minot is the closest medical center. I spent some time in SD, and I wasn’t impressed...but I agree with your AF phrase!
As soon as I get more info, I’ll pass it along. I’ve been praying non-stop for her, so having others to help makes me feel better. Miracles happen when folks pray together!

Tom is nearly finished with the new cabinet installation in the downstairs bathroom. It looks like we’ll need more of that color of paint; he ran out before it was 100% done.

I’ll bet that bathroom, with the new paint and the cabinet looks like a new bathroom. Now all you need is a bathroom set — rug and seat cover — if you do those things. I have a ripple pattern for a bathroom set...
I want to do mine, but I need cotton yarn for it, and will have to order it online. When I get some extra money, I will, because this has a big yellow rose on the seat and the middle of the rug, and the rest of it is black. Quite stunning. I made a set years ago, and want to make another one. But I was thinking, with my frog day-cor, that I could do it in yellow with variegated greens. Or orange and greens. Or even turquoise and greens. Or hot pink... ;o])
We don’t like any fabric in the bathroom, given our population.
Tom is replacing more light fixtures. DP is getting a little carried away, I think! There’s a neighborhood yard sale on Saturday. I can put the light fixtures out on a sheet with a sign that says, “Works! Help yourself!”
Well, I can certainly understand, given the population, that fabrics in the bathroom are not a good idea.
Placing the light fixtures outside with an appropriate sign should guarantee their removal, post haste!
Nothing much got done here today, except the laundry, and now, I’m worn out. So I’m going to gather my aggravatin’ bundle and head on down the hallway. The bed is calling me again.
