I hope you get it sorted out and don’t find yourself living in Fishbite Falls without knowing how you got there.
Yesyerday’s application was the one for Auburn Hills apartments, which is the one a mile from my Favorite Son. This application if for buying a home through USDA. I can look, but its not the one that counts.
Okay. If I were you, I would not buy a house in this market. Prices are crazy inflated because of the low interest rates, but someday ... Boom.
Good morning. Happy Friday!
Try not to get yourself stuck up on a counter top.
Buying a house is the farthest thing from my mind at this moment. Maybe some day, if I live long enough and an opportunity just happens to fall into place, but not now. I’m just going to concentrate on getting to AR and enjoying my Favorite Son and his wife.
And if my Favorite Daughter wants to come to visit, she’s more than welcome. Or my Favorite Friend!
Happy Friday!! Life is great if you don’t weaken.
There are three men wandering around outside, and I have no idea why. No way I’m going to ask, either...
The Wandering Men are evidently from the Sprinkler Head Decapitation Office trying to resurrect the butchered sprinklers. I wish them luck...
We have rain here instead of sprinklers. Not this second, but in general, I mean.
Yes, well, Turkey has sent knowledgeable people to Utah to learn our irrigation/sprinkler system set-ups. They wanted to make their deserts bloom as the Pioneers did.
I suppose I’ll learn all about how rain does the job in the place of sprinklers... ;o]
I guess it will work out for Turkey if they don’t import the Decapitation guys.
Turkey has trouble with Decapitation, anyway. Irrigation should pose no problem at all.
I want to go to bed. My book, the “Nag Hammadi Texts,” came today. I’ll start reading it tonight, just after the Scriptures and before “The Dead Sea Scrolls.” If I make it that far. I’m withering on the vine...
I got a new biography of King Charles I from the library. He was probably your relative.
He is not the King Charles with the spaniel. That was Charles II.
“My goodness! What big ears you have!”
Good morning.
I got 9.5 hours of sleep, but when I got up, I got side-tracked, so I’m reeeely late getting here. My bad.
Now, I’m going to take out the trash, then move the bookcase out here and write some letters. Or something. Strike before the daylight hits, maybe.
Thank you.
You’re welcome, and good morning. Nice to hear from you!
Good morning. Be careful with the bookcase!
The bookcase is fairly light, considering it’s almost solid wood. The backing on it is a section of wall paneling, and the whole thing is put together well. It’s a nice size and I will miss it, but I always knew it was mine only temporarily. I have a smaller one lined up to replace it, so I’ll only feel the loss for a few days.
I got two smaller ones, but they’re in service in the kitchen. Each one holds a bird. I dismantled the monstrous flight cage and will take it outside to clean the base and then take it apart and collapse that part of it. It was good while it lasted, but it wouldn’t have seen another year’s service with me.
Camilla is insulted but Gonzo is fairly happy. But he’s an old bird, and compared to Godzilla, he’s about as mellow as they come.
Good morning! I hope you’re feeling better!
Maybe someone would trade you something more currently useful for the flight cage.
