me too. Amazon has dredged up some pretty good songs over the last few years for their ads. This is the best so far though

I never realized he was also in Squeeze and sang Tempted (along with some many other gigs).
It’s included on the soundtrack of the Mark Wahlberg movie “Invincible”. Good movie, good soundtrack.
I agree, I have long thought it was a Boz Skaggs song.
Back in ‘91, my dad was dying of cancer. I took weekend trips from NJ up to NH for 2 months.
Well, one day in June, I was with him at his bedside when he took his last breath. After hugging my mom and sister, got in my car to drive back to Jersey. No sooner on the highway when song came on the radio - The Living Years. I started bawling for the next 10 miles. One of those Life moments you NEVER forget.
Now every time I hear the song it brings a tear and I go right back to that moment.
Now we know how long. 45 years
Always makes me think of The Little River Band, for some reason.

Some of those one-hit wonders gave the world songs that still get it done, and are still with us to perform them (or sort of) live. I’m sure I’d not known that Paul sang “Tempted” with Squeeze (which is coming to Meijer Gardens near Grand Rapids, July 9, 2020; no Paul Carrack though).
