It could be made available to Chinese earlier. 2021? That would be after it passes Western Safety criteria.
Yeah, because they don’t mind a couple million going into their trials for safety and efficacy. In fact, they might just use a couple million Uyghur Muslims to start!
I would imagine all the pro-vax FR folks will be lining up to volunteer.

The bureaucracy can be TOLD to put other studies and regulatory approval demands on lower priorities than Cov-19 and move resources, human and otherwise from those lower priorities to Cov-19. The bureaucracy & its analysts and approving officials should be operation on a “business as usual” basis. Moths can shaved off of the time lines to production of an approved vaccine.
