People have been building garage project fusion reactors for some time. None have produced a substantial amount of power output, certainly nothing of a usable nature. That’s not to say that the neutron output is of no consequence to your health over the long term though. Look up “IEC Fusion.”
if your Neighbor gets one then no more fighting because they’re safe with. Mutual assured destruction (MAD) of your neighborhood. What could go wrong?
