I think we are all wanting this at one whack but it is not wise or prudent at this juncture. This needs to be done in little steps to lower risks first. Come back and take action against these characters later after this impeachment has been cleared and sealed first. It eliminates any risky side effects from popping up by accident. There are always unforeseen variables, this poker game needs to be won one deal at a time rather than going all in on one hand, they might just accidentally end up getting some luck of the draw if we go all in on one hand.

The current format that would have it’s hands tied behind it’s back by the rules of the Senate would favor the left to a large degree. You don’t want this. They would argue politics rather than the law as it would apply to all of the crimes you want to have addressed. In addition, the legal mechanisms that apply to an actual trial which help determine guilt or innocence would be missing. When you finally get your chance to lock these people up you don’t want to use a severely limited and watered down version of the trial process. It would be a huge mistake and would be EXACTLY what the left would want.
You want revenge on the deep state, so do I, but let's not risk the victory.
Take the acquittal and go after them via doj, senate committes, ACLJ, etc.

absolutely! ... that way the impeachment trial could be extended for months, maybe even years, as every subpoenaed witness refuses to show for one reason or another and instead files Federal challenges of various kinds that take years to adjudicate ... this would be a really good thing because it would mean the Senate would be completely paralyzed during those months(or years), unable to appoint any more Federal judges nominated by Trump or conduct any other business such as ratifying new trade deals, PLUS even better, it give the Dems and their owners, the dying lying leftist fake stream enemedia, many more months to pound their anti-Trump impeachment drums 24x7x365 ... all of that is why Dem Senators want witnesses and GOP Senators do not ... So, yes, by all means lets have witnesses!
