Warm climate, lovely beaches, pretty girls and moonlit skies casting moonbeams dancing on the water attracts malcontent rejects from other states that lie northward!

Tats are soooo cool. Not sure exactly what they say, but I’m sure it sums up to “ loser”.
Joe Kenda had an episode where they found a dead guy in a car rammed against a wall or other car, and it was still idling.
Turns out two nimrods killed the guy, put him in the car and the gear in neutral, then rolled it so it would ram. They thought it would blow up "like in the movies" and get rid of the evidence.
