I sneaked into a base theater when I was 11 or 12 to see “The Graduate”, and was so bored I left after about 15 min.
Didn’t get it at all.
I watched it all the way through for the first time a few months ago...I really enjoyed it!
Funny how much difference fifty years or so can make!

I watched an I Love Lucy episode last year (was wondering how the humor stood up today) and I thought it was hilarious!
It was titled "Lucy tells The Truth"
When I retire, I am going to watch those again!!!!

I was responding to the comment ABOUT Teri Garr, not the SNL episode.

Saturday Night Live Samurai"Samurai Stockbroker" October 30, 1976 - Belushi accidentally strikes Buck Henry, playing the client Mr. Dantley, in the forehead with a katana. On tape, Henry clearly staggers back from the blow. Afterward, Henry appeared on camera with a band-aid covering the cut on his forehead. In solidarity, for the remainder of the broadcast the rest of the cast members (including a teddy bear in one later sketch) also appeared with band-aids on their foreheads.

They’ll still be watching I Love Lucy episodes a hundred years from now.

Belushi accidentally strikes Buck HenryHmmm, perhaps intoxication aided this accident.

Yes and Buck was clearly just barely keeping his rage under wraps for the remainder of the show. Funny stuff.
