Honesty they look alike. I’ve embarrassed myself thinking a black person I knew was someone else. It happens. Although I’m thrilled cbs made a fool of themselves. They need knocked down.

News organizations have boilerplate obituaries for government officials and celebrities that only need an anchor’s voice to complete already in the can for eventualities. Surely they have Lewis’ correct photo...?

I must admit, it’s all I can do to remember who my own elected representatives are. I don’t think I’d recognize my Congressman (Bill Flores, IIRC) if he were standing in front of me. I’d have better luck recognizing his voice, which I hear when his robo calls to alert me that a telephone town hall is coming up. Between FR and his own efforts, Ted Cruz won’t let me forget him! :-D

I just heard this being talked about on the radio. They were laughing about the 2 reps pics getting labeled incorrectly and how cbs apologized profusely. Took a minute to repeat what had gone down. I laughed for a solid minute.
