This article has a number of medical references and nicely describes things in English.
In sum, its best to take multiple forms of Vitamin K (K1 and MK4 and MK7 forms of K2). Persons taking warfarin appear to lose part of the ability to convert normal Vitamin K1 (from plants) into useful Vitamin K2-MK4, helping to cause calcium plaque buildup.

Do you know of any supplement that includes K1, MK4 and MK7?

K is an oil soluble vitamin. Unlike C and B-complex that are excreted if overdose, K will accumulate and become toxic if not monitored.

Any natural ways to increase these vitamins? Do Keto diets help supply the vitamin K needed?

We take K2 every day in conjunction with D3. They have to be taken together to get the optimal effect.

Unless you eat organ meats you probably need to supplement anyway.

Best source for all 3 forms of K in a decent amount at a reasonable price that I've ever found is this:
Amazon but also available directly from "Life Extension" for about the same price....

I have been on warfarin for the last 30 years. I have been warned to stay away from Green veggies like broccoli, Cauliflower, Asparagus green beens, as they are high in VK.
You can find on like such lists.

Vitamin K promotes clotting of the blood. Be careful with it.

We have been taking Koncentrate K for two years now. Remember the D3 as well. It is part of the mechanism for getting your calcium in the correct places. Mrs Submareener was diagnosed with moderate to severe osteoarthritis in her knee, was on cortisone shots, and eligible for a knee replacement, but has no problem now. Grass-feed butter is another good source.
