We’ve officially lost it when we’re throwing people in jail for silly stuff like this.
She may be destroying her career, though. If you were a man or even a woman shy of potential lawsuits, would you ever hire this woman? Justified or not, she has already demonstrated that she will nail you to the wall if you offend her.
The reality is “If she were a true professional”, we ould have never known about it. She would have continued on without skipping a beat. That she stopped and acted incensed told us she was an amateur.

Best solution I’ve heard— she should have smacked him back. She’s originally from Massachusetts, has a Central Asian last name, majored in Spanish in college and declares herself a Latina while doing live shots for a local TV station in Savannah. Both parties are probably headcases, and as is their wont, they always somehow find each other and plague the rest of us.
A friend is a live shot reporterette. She carries mace for situations like this.

This has always been part of basic manners, along with not tripping elderly people when they walk by. It’s never been okay to help yourself to butts or boobs of women you’ve never met.
