Yes, go back to putting candles on the tree branches.
So, Christmas lights are harming the Earth?
Less Christmas, more mosques?
Ah yes, that will reduce CO2 emissions.
By approximately 0.00001%.
And we thought Germans were techies.
I bought a projector last week that is swirling snowflakes around my ceiling and upper walls while I am posting this. Amazing what great light displays they sell these days.
Ditching them cuz of climate change or the fact that Christmas lights, markts, festivities, gifts and anything else offends the Muslim refugees they let into the country?
Cost 10 euros.
I was at a Ukrainian friend's home around Christmas several years ago. Her whole family was sitting around the Christmas tree - which had real candles burning (they were in small holders that attached to the branches). At one point a branch started smoldering - so they just snapped it off.. Don't think it's such a good idea..
Another unspoken reason might be that it makes them a target for Muslims.
Yes, and Germans foregoing Christmas lights turned on for a few hours per day for 4 weeks or so is really going to put a dent in climate change.
Dummkopfs.
Whatta bout the Ramadan Lights?
OMG. These stupid polls!!
I can even set the speed by pushing a button. I like slow.
Only the NOI observes the Ramadan fast in December. (Even though the actual Hijri calendar month is Rabi-al-Thani.)
Ignorant, stupid Germans.
The muzzies will herald that as a win, that they are further silencing the Christian infidels there.
They have killed ethnic German festivals and pork on menus. Now, Christmas darkens.
Ignorant, stupid Germans.
Oooo, I want one of those!
The snowflakes softly blur into focus, swirl to the other side of the room and then softly blur out. From both sides, making for a very nice visual effect.
Check the home items shop at youR local mall. Should be 10 dollars.
Their problem is not “climate change”, it is their “green” energy agenda making electricity so expensive. That is why they could think of cutting back on Christmas lights, to cut their high electric bills.
