9. Tom Swift or Tom Swift Jr.? Victor Appleton and or son.I have one from 1910. Had many in the late 50’s-/early 60’s.

SOL on the ISS
This is no surprise... I went to Russia on three START inspections. We didnt didnt get to stay at nice hotels. Every single place we went, the plumbing and sewage systems were definitely old Soviet politburo lowest bid systems (at best). That country is thoroughly disgusting. The Russians (soviets) ALWAYS did things cheap, including their space program. Why would anyone think Russian toilets would be a good idea?
Or...Whew...that wing of the house is closed!
First world problems.
Yepper...
The astro nots are so damn corny that I thought they had been wearing diapers all along.
“Somebody weld that door shut!”
“Wish I could find a set.”
I have one, almost complete, and it is going to my grandkids. I read them when I was a boy along with a few other “sets” like the Circus Boys, the College Boys, Bill Bolton and Dorthy Dixon, and others. My mother was an English/lit teacher and she had quite the collection.
But finding a full set would be difficult at best. My father got them as a child starting in the mid twenties and going into the forties. They sure displayed a lot of morals and values not taught today. Wish more kids today could read them, if they can read with our current education system failures.
