But the dad will have the financial responsibility. Of course. To the left, you are good only for your money. They want to destroy any influence a parent has over the child’s mind. But they want the parent to keep paying.

There is no such thing as “transitioning” your sex.
Every nucleus of every cell in the body will continue to operate on the sex-specific basis dictated by its DNA that will not change.
There is no “transitioning”, there is only forced pretense.
It has to be forced for a lifetime, whether in addition the body is mutiliated or not.
The 7-year old boy does not need phony “transitioning”. He needs psychiatric help - with compasssion and sympathy - to help him overcome an errant obsession that has taken hold in his thinking.
Why do parents stupidly give in to this rot? Because overcoming obsessions, just like overcoming an addiction, is hard, difficult and stressful. Just like giving in to an addiction, when giving in is made easy, enabling an obsession is less stressful.
The truth is the forced pretense quite naturally produces a lifetime of a stress of its own. The body does not lie. It is fighting the “transition” throughout the persons life. Many who have gone through the process identified that truth, some later than others, some earlier. Their stories are suppressed in the media (ignored) even when they do get out.
They have a lot to offer the young 7 year old. Mainly - don’t do it.
I understand perfectly why some people snatch their children from the custodial parent and flee the country.
