I would love to see it. The whole family is remarkable.
Please help we who are less cognizant. Who is Jordan Peterson and what does he espouse?
He’s a Canadian conservative academic. May as well be a rainbow unicorn.
“Free speech,” to the left, has always meant shouting down opposing viewpoints.
He difficult to summarize quickly. He's Canadian psychologist and cognitive scientist. Academically, he writes and talks a lot about the biological nature of man's common symbols and religious meaning. He's spent a lot of time looking at what I will call the collective symbolism of Bible stories and the psychological truths within them. He's become famous over the last 2-3 years and has become more publicly critical of the illogic and linguistic distortions of the Left. He can be called a "self help" guru, but I believe that is too shallow a term. His talks can be dense, but I find them very interesting.
Thanks. The only Canadian I took seriously was Marshall McLuhan, back in the late 60’s and 1970’s. “The Medium is the message.”
I loved his cameo appearance in Annie Hall.
“The operator has become the operand.”
Maybe they won’t show it because the viewing audience just isn’t there.
Sure, only millions have listened and read his words but hey, no one would want to see a movie about him?! Sheesh
Peterson on climate change. The first minute or so will tell you where he stands. Worth the watch.

Well, there is a little “poor me” in this. The fact is, as I have done, you do not need a distributor to show your picture. Dinesh D’Souza operates like this on all his films.
It’s called “four walling,” and you rent the theater space (one screen, or more if you think you’ll have a hit) for as many shows and as many nights as you want. Usually it’s tough to get Friday or Saturday, but if you have the $, most will rent even on those days.
You pay up front, the theater gets all concessions and, depending on your deal, some of the box office.
In 2014, I did a 25 city tour of “Rockin’ the Wall” this way, with the exception that I “sold out” ahead of time by selling sponsorships to the film to businesses and making the event free. We showed the film at Notre Dame, Western Carolina U., Montreat College, Westminster College, University of Dayton; at good theaters in Atlanta, Winter Garden Florida, Scottsdale, AZ, Toledo OH, Raleigh, NC, Chandler (AZ) Center for the Arts. And if a venue didn’t “make” (sell out with sponsorships) we didn’t play.
He is a clinical psychologist, college professor, and a very important thinker and communicator. Great admirer of Jung and Nietzsche. He refused to use LGBTQ personal pronouns under Canadian government threat and his youtube video went viral.
I wouldn’t call him a conservative, although he aligns with us on free speech, personal responsibility, original sin, and our dislike of the SJW’s and post-modernism, which he subjects to frequent devastating and contemptuous critiques.
He is not a Christian although he knows there is something more and is working hard to find it. I suspect he will come to the cross one-day.
Just search youtube for his videos. There are so many. I’m in the middle of about 24 hours of lectures about his psychological view of the Bible. It is potentially life changing. That’s how good this guy is.
His main audience is men between 16 and 30. He has them thinking about responsibility, being heroic, and listening to very challenging discussions of Dostoevsky, Jung, Adam and Eve, Noah and Abraham.
One of the most popular internet memes coming out of his work is his advice to people who want to put their lives in order to “Clean your room.” (From his book 12 steps for living). But he ties that simple admonition to Jung, William Blake, the Book of Genesis and the story of Abram.
I believe he is one of the most important communicators on the planet today. He doesn’t mince words and the wisdom just pours out of him.
Look him up and enjoy.

What does that mean? Big Fat Liar? Best Friend for Life? Banned for Life? Break for Lunch?
LOL...it means “Bump For Later”, usually when you want to make sure you have a placeholder for something you find interesting or important and want to follow up with...:)
