We have the bedroom window cracked about 6 inches, was very nice snuggling under the covers.

Somehow I missed our Taylor Sweet Corn Festival, which I wanted to attend. Our Fall Festival was over the Labor Day weekend, too many folks so we stay home.
You have a wonderful time at your Harvest Homecoming.
Sounds like a Hallmark movie.

It IS interesting.. in our district near Yosemite Natl Park, our power is still on. Due to our proximity to Yosemite, we are rather Blue. Our son, who lives farther north in a more Red district, has had their power shut off. And WE are the ones that are having a 5000 acre fire raging in OUR backyard.
This fire's photos have been splattered all over media to "explain" why the power needs to be shut off (hundreds of miles away in some areas).
We are being SO played... observe exactly how socialism operates!
