No , they’re not. It’s not in their culture. Life isn’t cheap in Russia. It’s worthless. I read horror stories about their MIR space station. Oxygen tank malfunctions, on board fires. It’s a miracle the thing didn’t explode. Look at the many nuclear submarine disasters the Russian Navy has had.

Im starting to think that Russians arent very big on workplace safety. After watching Russian workplace and crane accidents on youtube, I don't think "ROSHA" exists.
