This article has politics and Cape Cod's shark problem interwoven. There is a lot more in the article than I could post, and I hope you will read it all before commenting. (I know, wishful thinking on my part.)

It will give you an idea of why I say the White shark problem in Massachusetts is unsolvable as long as the seals and sharks are Federally protected. - Tom

I think Trump was probably referring to "Lawyers." But, then again, that would be an insult to sharks everywhere.. :)
