It does need some tweaking though.
Momma gets to the US side of the border and his the kid.
It should then be Momma gets deported and the kid gets adopted by actual American citizens.
Democrats heads would explode.

A lot of back and forth about doing it, whether or not he can do it, if it takes congress to do it etc.
But for me the big question is how do you determine citizenship then?
Test? Pledge? How do I prove I'm a US citizen?

No other country has this. I knew an American woman in France who was born there to American parents. She never lived anywhere else. And she had to apply for work permits to get a job. She was still not able to be French.

This is not the first time we’ve seen him threaten to do this. People get geeked up-Fired up-pumped up-then he doesn’t do it. Even if he did-it would be shot down by a federal judge in a minute-but I doubt seriously if this is anything more than a pep rally.
