Personally I think it’s time Chicago starts to pony up with soon free range time for potential hoods, could you imagine if they just killed their targets outright the savings in medical cost would be substantial compared to a little free range time.

Chi-Congo was once a beautiful safe city. I could take the train downtown from our Western suburb, walk several blocks across the Loop to my Dentist on Michigan Blvd, then walk back toward the station and meet my dad, take the train home with him. I was...14, 15, 16...I still love Chicago, but just the memories. Bloody sad at the Crime Capitol it’s become. And furious.

It was certainly better, but it has had problems for a long time. Grew up on the southside, and grew up fighting. At first there weren’t guns, but they came later.
