there was a beautiful topless woman just passing me by going for a swim.
We were like two passing ships in the middle of broad daylight.

17.26 miles park ride today,
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48611442816_5b1d0084c9_o.jpghttps://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48611088118_67ea7ca0aa_h.jpghttps://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48611600592_a33c7d0685_h.jpg A bicycling app I use is called STRAVA. There are clubs you can join in the app. Some clubs have "Challenges".
I joined a challenge that started today. It's not that difficult of a challenge. There are challenges that are way above my skill level.
Le Col Vuelta Challenge
Celebrate the third and final Grand Tour of the season and ride 120km (75 miles) to earn a £50 ($60) Reward.August 24, 2019 to September 13, 2019
The $60 reward is for their online bicycle gear shop (jerseys, gloves, etc).
You also earn a badge, a virtual badge which is an icon that displays in your "trophy case" (webpage).
Now that I have started the Challenge, my bar in the app is filling up. The more you ride the more the bars fills till it is complete.
It also tells you what place you are compared to the distance of others who joined the Challenge.
For example right now there are 107,787 joined and I am in place 17,647/22,553 (Others have not yet bicycled.).
I also joined this Challenge that starts September 2:
-
Sep 2, 2019 to Sep 29, 2019 — 9 days until start
-
Get moving 5 days a week for 4 consecutive weeks.
(Minimum of 15 minutes of elapsed time per activity)
Participants354,250 Build healthy new habits, and receive an Escape Plan finisher's badge in your Trophy Case.

The Strava Club 4:41 PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2019
Our new Must Do Rides series is all about showcasing some of the best routes around the world and hopefully helping you plan your next bucket list cycling trip.
First up is a ride in our own backyard, the Marin Headlands of San Francisco. Photographer and cyclist Jake Stangel showed us his go-to route.
Check out the ride: https://blog.strava.com/galleries/must-do-rides-san-francisco/

Berlin's sensational swimming lakes
When the hot summer heat takes over Berlin—when the air starts to stand still and the asphalt starts to melt—there’s only one thing to do: Grab your swimwear, hop on your bike and head out to the countryside, right into the cool, fresh water. Bring a friend and a frisbee for the perfect combination.

So I went to the doctor and agreed to have surgery March 12.
He offered January to March so I took a late date.
He uses a new technique with lasers to remove a collapsed vein in my right leg.
He said only 2 doctors do that in Berlin.
He said I need to start moving soon after.
I said I like to bicycle.
He said that’s very good.
I have to wear a compression bandage during the day till then.
I went with a late date so he has more practice with the new technique.
That’s all covered by insurance.
November I am getting a metal lower front tooth.
That I have to pay for.

25.71 miles on the last day of August. Rode to the lake and met my family there,

Looked like a music video was being made at the graffiti wall.
Think I mentioned not all the artists are male.
Here is the female I have seen, doing her thing,

This is a picture I took many hours later going home,

I rode through a park that has a mini train,

It’s a great park, exceptionally great I would say, but one of the great things is this drinking fountain that provides a stream of cool water with no need to push a button. A jogger arrived right behind me and we took turns drinking, which he told me is the camel method. I told him I am from NYC and most water fountains don’t work. He said in Geneva they have water fountains all over the place that works just like this one (constant stream). I was like Wow (mind blown),

I now have a solid route to the lake that includes four different woods with long trails that takes me there.
I am very happy about that,
