“Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life. It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribe against the world and all of us against the infidel.” — Leon Uris, “The Haj”

None of the victims even tries to fight back.

I was remarking about that to my wife the other day when watching the cops get doused with water. Slam a few of the punks on the ground and arrest them for assault and the nonsense would stop.

But in all seriousness, there is a larger issue at hand. I'm not yet fifty, but I remember when if you smarted off to someone you risked getting punched in the face. The risk of repercussions lended itself to being polite. Now it's all about people running their mouths, or worse, actions like these punks, antifa, etc.; which then go unpunished, or worse, they have legal teams jumping out of the woodshed to defend them.
