The violence has already began. It began about ten years ago with the so called “knock out game”. It continues through the Democrats employment of their goon squad antifa with police back up. A few days back, I watched a video on youtube of a large antifa goon sneaking up on an elderly individual hitting him from behind in the head area and then slinking off. The individual stumbled , bowed his head and continued walking. I have watched videos of Germany in the 1930s of members of the Hitler Youth and other NAZI goons attacking Jews. Judging by this old man’s actions, that could easily been one of those times. How I yearn. How I pant to see an antifa member or several antifa members laying on the grass wondering how to put their intestines back inside their bodies. And I am not a violent individual. I prefer getting along to conflict.

Conservatives respect law and order and the progressives do not. As such the conservatives become the target of the progressive’s violence due to law and order not being enforced by progressive local governments.

Many many many conservatives are most adept with firearms. If law and order truly breaks down in mass we will fight. We are good with firearms and do not want to use them. If there is no other choice, we will! We conservative patriots hope this day never comes.

The whole thing lies at the door of SCOTUS’s 1964 New York Times v. Sullivan decision.

Sullivan was a unanimous - unanimously wrong - decision. The only difference between Sullivan and Morrison v. Olson is that Morrison was only 8-1 instead of unanimous. Reflecting the fact that the Berger Court included then-freshman Justice Antonin Scalia - whereas the Warren Court lacked a Scalia.

In Sullivan, SCOTUS claimed it was vindicating the First Amendment. But the First Amendment actually did not create freedom of the press; that already existed. In fact, the whole Bill of Rights was intended to create or modify exactly no rights. Its whole purpose was to satisfy the nation that the Federal Government would not change anyone’s rights.

1A speaks of “the freedom . . . of the press.” Not absolute freedom of the press, but the freedom of the press which Americans took as their (already existing) right. Meaning, press freedom to say anything within the bounds of decorum (excluding pornography) and libel. Under the Ninth Amendment, compensation for libel remains a right of the people. Pace Sullivan the First Amendment does not touch it.

Plaintiff Sullivan was not a Republican, he was a Southern Democrat. Consequently Sullivan could appear not to target Republicans, whereas in fact “liberals” and journalists have always been joined at the hip. With the demise of openly racist Southern Democrats, the reality is that all Democrats go along - and quite famously get along - with journalism.

It is not improper to speak of “journalism” as a single entity, for the simple reason that under the aegis of the wire services (the AP, but all of them) all major journalism is in a continual virtual meeting - and consequently long ago began functioning de facto as a cartel. All of journalism conspires to exaggerate the value of journalism, and in the process to suppress ideological diversity within journalism.

A journalism which is in full go-along mode with the Democrat Party - and which cannot be sued for libel - entitles Democrats not only to their own opinions but to their own facts. And that is political correctness.

Liberal bullies have been violent since 2016! Remember Berkley burning? San Jose assaults on conservatives at a Trump rally while police did nothing? Or Antifa’s ongoing violence funded and justified by liberals?

Those who use violence are more prone to have it constantly in mind...they haven’t realized that he who lives by violence, dies by violence....something that will become shockingly clear to them if they escalate to where they seem to be heading...
