He is male and should not ever be allowed to compete with females.

“WOMEN being referees even in a man’s game.”

Being a ref doesn’t require the riggers of physical contact or the explosion strength needed to accomplish most of the professional sports and be competitive. Especially in a sport like weight lifting or power lifting. (Both explosion sports).

But women have competed with the men in the NBA in preseason tryouts. The first was Lusia Harris drafted in 1977 by the Utah Jazz. But she was an inside player at 6’ 3” facing 7 footers and she knew it was no chance there and she had no ball skills other than inside. She was also pregnant when she was supposed to go to her first tryout camp.

Both Michelle Wie and Ana Sorensen tried and didn’t make the cut in the PGA. The latest women to try, Brittany Lincicome in the 2018 Barbasol Championship played during the Open, was out of the chance to make the cut the first day as she shot an opening round 78. She is known for being one of the longest drivers in the women’s game and currently ranks 10th in driving distance at 269.5 yards. If competing with the men, that would put her 212th on the stats. And that doesn’t count for the effect that they play par 3’s in this number. So every time she stepped up to a par 4 or 5, she was a stroke down.

The latest in baseball is Eri Yoshida who was signed by an independent team in California, the Chico Outlaws, . But she was a pitcher throwing a pitch that doesn’t require arm strength, the knuckle ball she learned in Tim Wakefield’s camp. You won’t see a 90 MPH fastball from her. But in 2012, she went back to Japan to play there until she went free agent in 2017 and has not played since. And all of the women baseball professionals are playing outside the US now in Europe or Japan. But her ability to throw strikes with the knuckle ball got her as close as women have gotten in our country.
