Can’t imagine Mueller would want to say anything right now. That the DOJ IG Report on FISA abuse is about to come out and it’s described as being “devastating” is not the way to walk into a wall.

I'd ask him: "Did you interview James Comey as part of your investigation? Why didn't you refer the criminal acts of James Comey to the DOJ for prosecution?" He admitted on live television that he leaked classified information to a journalist in order to get a special counsel appointed.

Nadler should issue a contempt charge then. Mueller should then be arrested and put in that jail they have. Pelosi said it would get crowded in there, she just thought it would not be the real crooks she supports.

I get the impression they don’t really want him to testify...there are many questions they don’t want him having to answer and it would make their full House contempt vote on Barr be exposed for the scam that it is. They will take the contempt vote first for numerous headlines / media excitement of another “Trump scandal” then have Mueller testify in the aftermath to drown it out and they and the media can spin the questions of Mueller as “desperation” because of the “scandal” involving the AG. The contempt vote probably also will be scheduled to overshadow the release of the IG report.
This delay presents an opportunity - perhaps the Senate Judiciary Committee could get him first. In addition, when the IG report is released, bring Barr into the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify after the contempt vote has taken place to discuss the IG report - the focus on Barr from the contempt vote could then backfire on the Dems as it would actually cause more exposure for the IG report.
