MAGASteve....Tracy. I think this is more explosive than we all realise. Not who was keen or not but who engaged who. We are all led to believe DNC engaged Perkins who engaged GPS who engaged Orbis. These minutes dispute that lineage.

Summary:

1)The DNC approached Orbis direct at GPS recommendation.

2)The DNC wanted the information out pre-election.

3)The State Dept knew the "institution" suffered a hack and therefore knew the "institution was either the Podesta/DNC or Clinton.

3) Simpson and Fritch = Since 2011 were Fusion GPS

4) Refer #1). Why did Steele need to imply he was engaged directly by the DNC on the recommendation of Simpson and Fritch instead of what we now believe that Steele was engaged directly by Simpson and Fritch.

This may explain why Fusion GPS name was concealed.
