Reminds me of what I called our local Big Island PD after they recently chased some suspect all over. Blazed away at him at least twice, never hit him.
Luckily no uninvolved were downrange while these idiots were spraying and praying. Guy eventually gave himself up, lucky they did not execute him for making them a laughingstock.

Thanks a lot for nothing. Now I can’t get it out of my head. What’s worse is when I get home, I no longer have a Strat with which to play it. Les Pauls and a Tele are no substitute. Damn.
