I NEVER thought anyone could be worse than Carter HOWEVER Obammie was definitely worse, WAY WORSE!!! BTW, to those who think Carter was well meaning but incompetent, he was incompetent, but also a small time con artist and grifter. When he walked down the street carrying his suit bag during the inaugural parade to show he was a normal guy, the suit bag was empty. It was a prop.
