This time Rambo is in an assisted living home.

I liked it as well. I think it just gets a bad rap because it was the 4th in the series, and Stallone is getting up there.
1986 is not 2 years after 1985 and Rambo III was released in 1988, not 1986 anyway.

After 9/11 I thought Rambo was going to take on Muslims. Never happened. In fact not a single movie has come out after 9/11 showing Muslims as the bad guys. There were a few before - Executive Decision, Peacemaker...but after 9/11 Hollywood decided not to touch Muslims.
