Could somebody please tell me what’s actually IN this veggie burger (besides the meaty-tasting heme molecule)?
Speaking of calories, I would like to know the caloric content of this new burger concoction. The contents sure do not sound very appetizing, but there appears to be a market for items listed as health foods.
Interesting to look this over, thanks!
“This concoction sounds impossible, but they are doing it. Wait until the word of what it is gets out. So you think Burger King has been subverted so when this product fails, it takes them down?”
no. almost no one looks at the ingredients or nutritional content of fast food or they wouldn’t be eating it in the first place ... the “Impossible Whopper” will succeed or fail solely on taste, price, and virtue signaling ...
Thanks for the correction... One more example of companies catering to the wishes of people who would never buy their products in the first place.
Coffee’s not bad but the rest of the place sucks.
[[Burger King already has a meatless burger. I think its soy.]]
Can’t eat soy- hate the taste and it repeats terrible-
[[AND THIS MEATLESS THING, UNLESS THEY REALLY PROMOTE IT, WONT FLY.]]
Not sure why you’re shouting, but it’s already flying in other places- a lot of folks can’t eat soy- like i said- I believe many vegans gave up meat. but miss the taste and texture- which is why it’s doing well in other restaurants- I’d certainly be willing to try it if it’s ‘close to taste and texture’ of beef- but I wouldn’t eat it regularly,
Shouting because no one listens to me, unless I yell..
I think there was a bit more to the “new Coke” fiasco, in that they went from real, cane sugar to HFCS as the sweetener around the same time.
They used the “new” to disguise the change in taste HFCS caused.
Why companies go for such a vanishingly small market share is beyond me.

The press and Madison Avenue puff up their numbers... in fact most companies are much better off aiming for traditional Americans... we’re steady loyal customers... AND we have the money.
You can get beyond burgers at the supermarket. They’re as close to the real thing as you can get. Have not tried the impossible burger yet.
