The people of the U.S. are vested in who we elected to be president. Therefore, we all have standing in bringing forth a lawsuit to bring the perpetrators of the attempted coup to justice.
Any citizen or group of citizens should be able to present a case against the perpetrators of the crime and felony. And, it may not be just one case, since there are MANY who collaborated or colluded to bring the duly elected president down.
